Pricing

All stated prices are VAT0% B2B prices.

Shipping Options

Choice of pallets or boxes for packing. Labels & shipping provided by the buyer.

Shipping Location

All items ship from France.

Returns & Refunds

1. Proof of Discrepancy Upon Delivery

For all claims of missing items or damage:

  • Photo or Video Evidence Required: Clients must provide clear video or photo proof during the unpacking process, showing:
    • The sealed packaging upon delivery
    • The full unpacking process and contents, highlighting discrepancies
  • For Pallets: Video proof of unpacking the entire pallet is required to ensure claims of missing stock are legitimate

Claims without proper video/photo evidence will not be considered.

2. Defects and Flaws

  • Major Flaws: Returns are accepted for significant manufacturing defects that impact functionality (e.g., broken soles or severe misalignment)
  • Minor Flaws: Cosmetic imperfections common in bulk footwear production (e.g., minor stitching issues or glue marks) are not grounds for return or refund

3. Reporting and Timelines

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Late claims will not be considered.

4. Return Conditions

  • Approved returns must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the client's responsibility unless DA SUPPLY SARL is at fault

Exclusions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Buyer's remorse or incorrect orders placed by the client
  • Minor imperfections standard in the footwear industry
  • Claims made without photo or video proof, or after the 7-day reporting window
